I'm looking to create a real estate app that allows people to see how many degrees of separation that have with the person they are renting from on FB and other social media. The idea is to created a trusted rental network, where people know that they are connected to the person they are leasing from with some degrees of separation.

It would also be great to be able to pull posts from FB and turn them into sales posts on the site. So basically converting images and descriptions into a post online, with a monthly price set to the item.

Also, to be able to share posts from the site on FB, invite people in their network to join, and have a forum section, group chat and other features that connects the users on the site.
