One of Vancouver's top 1% Real Estate agents in Vancouver West looking for a positive, self - motivated, and hard-working individual to join our team.

Qualifications:
- Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook;
- Ability to work and think independently with little or no supervision.
- Excellent English writing skills, fluent in both English and Chinese speaking

- Min. 2 years of administrative executive assistant

- Typing speed 40 words per minutes & excellent math skills

Work Responsibilities and Duties including but not limited to

- Answer phone calls and email enquiries.


- Schedule and occasionally open for showings.

- Prepare CMA, Listing and Selling packages.
- Maintain and update website
- Manage and Maintain all social media
- Post classified ads.
- Update MLS listings and docs.

- Respond to different emails and media requests.

Working Hours - 8am - 8pm, Pacific Standard Time.

Work is 100% remote.
