For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Google Voice and WhatsApp. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. ?Responsibilities -Respond to emails, text messages and phone calls (phone calls are rare since we use text heavily) -Schedule showings and client searches -Perform market research -Create presentations, as assigned -Address team member's administrative queries -Provide exceptional customer service as first point of contact -Experience as a virtual assistant is preferred but not required. -Experience with Google Suite -Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar) -Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills -Excellent time management skills -Solid organizational skills ?Key Qualifications: Must have high speed internet with back-up Must be proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Secretarial administrative skills required (email, scheduling, bookkeeping) Excellent Spanish & English communication skills Proficient with Google suite GoogleGmail, Calendar, etc) Time management skills required Familiar to boomtown, sisu and streak experience preferred Ability to work as part of a collaborative team remotely Candidate must be very organized and detail oriented Candidate must be service driven with excellent customer service skills Creative problem solver and highly adaptable to client needs Send your CV to apply@14-7admin.com
