We need to develop a Web application prototype in Visual Studio 2019 using React.js and Azure AD B2C similar to the sample shown here:
https://github.com/Azure-Samples/active-directory-b2c-dotnet-webapp-and-webapi
but using React instead of Asp.net to render to the login ui and one .NET Core controller (Microsoft.AspNetCore.Mvc.ControllerBase) to prove that the authentication/authorisation works
