Radio website development

I'm looking for someone to develop a responsive radio station website for our stations.  We are looking for something which looks broadly like the following websites in terms of style, fonts and features (but with our colour scheme and logo).

The website can contain third party plug-ins and code to add functionality as long it’s licensed or open-source but cannot use any code which has been copied from other stations’ websites.


It needs to be easily changeable (in terms of content and functionality) - we would like to develop a relationship with someone who can provide ongoing development support. However, it must also be developable by us.

It needs to have the following features:

Multi-station
•    Ability to handle multiple station content
•    Select station at first-launch then ability to change at a later date
•    Ability to remember which station is selected from a cookie
•    All website content must be able to be selectable as “all stations” or only certain specific stations (e.g. Via check-box)
•    Ability to create a new station copying exist settings from an existing station

Ability to optionally register and sign-in
•    Ability to use email, facebook, google or twitter log-in
•    Creation of email mailing list

Content
•    As above all content must be able to be automatically filtered by station
•    Able to include content start and end dates
•    Must be able to display photos, videos etc
•    Should be able to export as RSS
•    Should be able to display facebook, instgram and twitter content

Radio functionality
•    Must be able to display presenter, station, last played songs etc
•    Must be able to display the correct player widget for the selected station (however we will provide the widget we want to use)
•    Must be able to launch standalone radio player for the selected station (however we will provide the widget we want to use)

News
•    Must be able to display house news (by station)
•    Must be able to display third party news from Rss (e.g. bbc, abc, sky news)
•    must be able to display by category (news, sport, showbiz etc)

adverts
•    industry standard sizes
•    must be able to display house ads
•    must be able to display programmatic ads (google ads etc)

events
•    must be able to add and display events
•    displays via station filter

weather and travel
•    must be able to show weather and travel (by third party plug-ins)
•    display by station filter

obviously requires the usual backend functionality, including tiered access control etc.
