In need of a comprehensive app dev for a racing pigeon clocking system wherein we will be utilizing nfc readers connected to the android phones and nfc chips attached to the birds for a particular race/event.  Each chip will be encoded a day before the race or during the basketing.

The system will get the results and tally in real time. If possible, it can be integrated to MAVC clocking system or can work on the similar system.

System should have fail safe features such as backup and should have friendly front end/user interface.
