We need a Web Developer that can successfully translate PSD templates into responsive Wordpress themes. We can buy a theme with Visual Composer and the Developer should be able to customize the look and feel plus standard functionalities (contact forms, plugins integration, etc.).

The final product should be responsive and follow the best practices for performance and visualization.

We are not looking for a one-time job, we look forward to a long-term work relationship.
