We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating proposal submissions while also providing administrative and marketing support. Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and prepare proposals, ensuring timely submissions for various projects.
- Research RFPs, RFQs, and other bid opportunities.
- Organize and manage proposal documentation, keeping track of deadlines and requirements.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including content creation for social media, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Conduct market research to help identify new business opportunities.
- Be the go-to person for maintaining accurate client and project records in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in coordinating proposals or similar roles.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with marketing tools (such as social media platforms, email marketing, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
