We are looking for a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant / Proposal Coordinator who will play a critical role in supporting our proposal development process. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of proposal preparation, from initial planning to final submission. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that proposals are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with client requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of proposal development best practices and industry standards.
