I need a new app developed also a site for info and additional inputs such as pictures. I´m looking for a apps where a person can post something to be rent and someone else choose among others which one it´s better.

So, who offers need to be able to input enough information to bring customers, which means, pictures, price, location, etc

who rents, (customers) should be able to choose the best one and close the deal through the site and the site should receive a percentage of the value offered

both will require personal ID and profile
we should be able to generate reports
Server and technology is still to be decided
Initially, it should be restricted to one region/city
