Olá, aqui é a Clara da Workana! Um de nossos clientes enterprise, uma multinacional de bens de consumo, está em busca de um Gerente de Projetos para um projeto de grande relevância organizacional, com duração de 6 meses com possibilidade de estender.

Job Description:

The company is embarking on an ambitious, centralised data strategy which aims to consolidate all data assets into one central data lake. The delivery of this strategy is well underway, with a key focus is on ingesting data from local market platforms and sources into this data lake in order to create one single version of the truth.
The Data Centre of Excellence play a critical part in the ingestion and management of this data and the Project Manager is a crucial role within this team.

Key Responsibilities:
•    To assist in management of the entire project; establish and maintain continuous relations with internal /external customers
•    To align with the central project teams
•    To manage knowledge transfer and capability building upon completion of the project
•    To regularly report, to the relevant teams/businesses, on project progress, issues, risks, conflicts, and changes to plans. Ensuring these project issues, risks, conflicts are dealt with effectively and mitigated appropriately
•    To identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans, as well as delegate accordingly
•    To review process effectiveness regularly and recommend and implement ways to improve
•    To work in close coordination with all internal departments by assuming leadership role in the development efforts and project of the company
•    To work in an Agile environment to ensure projects are planned into the right sprints which align to project deadlines
•    To communicate to a range of stakeholders – both technical and non-technical - ensuring actions and next steps are clearly defined

Skills & Experience:
•    Experience of leading projects that are focused on implementing database solutions
•    Experience of working in an Agile project management environment
•    Experience of delivering projects which have a broad range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, and with varying levels of seniority
•    Experience of managing a portfolio of projects with different levels of complexity and different timescales
•    Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, using a proactive approach to gather requirements from stakeholders

KPI’s:
•    Percentage of targeted sprints that are hit
•    Delivery to project deadlines
•    Independent ownership of projects within one month of starting

*Projeto remoto, fulltime (40 horas semanais)
