I need an app to have the top 1-5% influencers on Instagram, Twitter and Youtube so that they can get exposure to businesses looking to hire promoters to their product/services.

Influencers should get rated based on the size and reach of their network, and classified by amount charged. Our app gets a % fee for the transaction (which the company pays to the influencer).

I can give equity, depending on your level of interest.
