We service property management companies, homeowner associations, universities, school districts, and hotels with rain gutter and dryer vent cleaning services. We fulfill these services by partnering with local contractors. context surrounding the job. Our business wins contracts through a competitive bidding process. If we price too high, we lose the bid. If we price too low, we have no profit. We have to find a sweet spot in between We keep a few things in mind when quoting properties. The pitch of the roof- The steeper the roof, the higher the price. The size of the roof- The larger the roof, the higher the price The size of the job- The larger the job, the lower the price per building The area- We can charge more in certain areas and we charge a lot less in others. Notice that our prices are much higher in California than New Jersey even though the buildings are the same. Stories- The more stories the buildings have, the higher the price per building.. Try to analyze how the price changes between buildings with 1,2,3, and four stories.
