There are few scripts based on python in which you can create virtual money and one p2p server running on local host.

Now upload your .PHP and .py files in database .

Integration of all the files must in place.

Now create one index.html from which you can transfer money to any bank account.

Your local server will now contact with bank server.

Bank server will take that amount in LEDGER
