I need a Whatsapp-like app, to be hosted in a Centos server and working along with a Telecom Switch
Should be always connected to the internet. It'll receive, from a telecom switch through an IP connection, mobile numbers to be called.
It should also have the capacity to place multiple calls at a time

We should be able to intall more than one app so we can achieve the number of concurrent calls that we need.

Apps may or may not work syncronized (it'll be better if they do)
