Pr, Web, Sms assistant. (Japanese)

I am a Dutch national living in Japan for 45 years.  I practice Homeopathy.  My Japanese is fluent but my reading and writing skills are lacking.  To promote my Homeopathy practice and find new patients I need to maintain  a web presence in Japanese on Facebook, Instagram etc. And would like to use SMS advertising.  I also need to maintain a simple home page.  Because of my limited Japanese writing skills I need an assistant that can do this for me on a continues basis (based on my input).  The work is 100% Telework so it does not matter where you live.  The target market is Japan and because the Homeopathy sessions can be done via Zoom etc. The target market is nation wide.  After getting it up and running, I estimate that the work load is at the most one hour per day.  Fee is negotiable but I propose a month retainer of Yen 30.000.  Work out of the initial scope can be paid additionally.
