I'm looking for a t-shirt rap design, but not vintage. I want a combination of pictures to make up the shirt and on the back have lyrics. My budget is $25, yet I'm definitely willing to pay more if we meet through zoom to talk over the design once it's finished, to look at the changes.
I want an expert that will guide me through which colors and ideas he/she thinks its best for the shirt.
The shirt is going to be about Travis Scott and his song Sweet Sweet and my brand is called Champagne Poetry.

I will leave as a file, the specific directions for the shirt. Also pictures of a Pop Smoke Shirt I'm trying to follow as a design. My sketch is not very clear but that's what I'm trying to get to.
