Poker table for teaching

I'm a professional poker player and I also teach Texas Hold'em poker to people that want to improve their gameplay.
I used to promote "coaching tournaments" at home, I had from 6 to 9 students at a time and I moved around the table looking at their cards, watching them playing. After the hand was played, I commented all their plays (ex: you souldn't fold this hand, or you should play this hand like this or that, etc).
My plan is to do this online now. I'd like to develop a website where people can log in and I teach them. I would announce the date and time that I have available to teach, and the first 6 to 9 people to pay me would be able to log in at this specific date and time.
When logged in, each people would see a poker table with 5 to 8 other people, as any Texas Hold'em poker site. I need to be able to log in and see all their cards. They will play and I will talk to them via skype.
