The project consists of adding to
ecovillage.org an ecovillage assessment survey, and displaying its results publicly in the form of charts.
We already have a tool that reflects how we want it to look like more or less:

The user will land on a page explaining the concept of resilience and talking about some ecovillages practices to become resilient, then there will be an invitation for people to check how resilient their projects or ecovillages are by submitting a survey.
This survey consists on around 40 questions divided in 6 themes.
All the questions are answered by selecting one of the 3 given options which represents a score of 1, 3 or 5, depending on the selected answer.
After submitting their answer, the user will see their results represented in a chart similar to what is show in
ecovillage.org/impact, where the score for each question will be represented in the level of the bar in the pie.
The impact assessment that I am using as example was custom developed and you can have access to this code in case you want to use it.
In the chart each theme of questions will be represented by a different color, and when the user hover the bar, they should see the label of the option they selected.
Users should be able to select an ecovillage (Custom Post Type) of their authorship to associate with their answer.
The user should be able to edit and delete their answer, and ideally one should not be able to select an ecovillage if there is already an answer for it.
The form and the results should look beautiful and be responsive.
We have ACF Pro, Gravity Forms, WPDataTables in case you want to explore some of that to achieve part of the task.
