Photorealistic neoclassical residential interior modeling, rendering

Interior neoclassical (for example, Algedra or equivalents which can be considered) residence models with human characters, along with photorealistic imagery renders required.  Must be completed in 3ds Max or a program fully compatible with with 3ds Max.  For example, Google SketchUp is not compatible with 3ds Max files, hence it cannot be used.



All floor plans completed in 2D and will be provided in CAD file format.  Designer can raise them into 3D.

Interior design theme 75% complete.

3ds Max model file of one interior completed to 75% in 3ds Max will be provided, which will represent significant work savings in terms of interior design ideas already thought out, as the same interior design theme will be applied in all 7 interior floorplans, which will be based on the same interior style.  However  please note, the 3ds Max file we will provide may not be 100% technically reliable, as previous designer did not properly optimize file size and used proxies for some parts.  Freelancer must be prepared to create a new 3D model file in this event, by duplicating what we have built in the 3D model file or previous model images we will provide.



We require creative assistance from a freelancer who can generate photorealistic interior 3D architecture.

The 3D models need to be post-image processed and made photorealistically beautiful.

Require a creative interior designer who can generate wonderful ideas.

Confidentiality Agreement required to be signed. 

Job completion 39 days.

Please see attached some references which reflect minimum required quality and detail required (please note these are not neoclassical style which is required for this contract).

Following are deliverables required (minimum):

1. Interior 3D models - 7 in total; along with at least one overhead 3D image for each 3D model, akin to attached example 'Interior 3D model example reference 1.jpg'.
2. Photorealistic interior image renders - 2 per model.
3. Animated interior walk through and VR google headset panoramic - 1 per model.

Two different contract amounts depending on payment method selected (contractor agrees to A or B, but not both):

A. CAD 755, paid in three milestones, consecutively funded as each milestone completed.
B. CAD 855, at completion of all models, renders, paid in lump sum (not through escrow or milestones).

Please have a look at neoclassical Algedra examples online and send neoclassical references of high photorealistic quality.  Must have actual prior experience with neoclassical interior design.
