Adrenaline, Inc is an online travel agency within the Adventure Tourism Market and is well-positioned to rebound as the industry continues to see uptake and recovery from the pandemic. Today the business has upwards of 1,200 live experiences within the US Market from Flying Experiences, Driving Experiences, Water Excursions, and Land Adventures.

The travel agency is seeking an experienced, successful, and passionate Bookkeeping and Accounts, Payable Manager. In this role, you’re responsible for our internal accounting process within our partner and vendor community.

Project overview

The current scope requires 20-30 hours per week but will grow as the market continues to rebound and international travel resumes. • Weekly Bank reconciliations in Adrenaline CRM, QuickBooks, and business accounts. • Weekly Accounts Payable preparation and payment data import for batch ACH payments to Adrenaline’s supplier community. • Weekly Sales Journal Entries in QuickBooks Office. • Monthly reconciliation of account statements and credit card authorizations. • Monthly journal entries / accruals • Monthly payment of Payroll Taxes and required filings. • Maintain company Human Resource files and records • Daily liaison with internal stakeholders and our Travel Agents (Adventure Consultants) as part of the audit / reconciliation process. The role is key to continue to evolve our systems to protect and result in exceptional bottom-line revenue retention.   Skills & Experience This part-time role would suit a self-starter with energetic enthusiasm and planning skills • Intelligence and enthusiasm are essential • Degree or equivalent experience (Accounting, Marketing or Business related) • Exceptional written and communication etiquette • Proficient with Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Docs • An understand of the tour, travel, trade industry is preferred. • Minimum 2-year experience and demonstrated knowledge of accounting process. • Must have excellent written and spoken English skills.
