This is to develop a computer-based tool to track individual performance. Our existing practice in the office is to manually submit a weekly accomplishment/pending report but then there is a gap between monitoring of the accomplishment/pending reports and the semesterly performance monitoring of the employee. Hopefully we can integrate/merge the two practices to develop an automated database of accomplishment submitted weekly and link it with the performance monitoring per semester.
