Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare and post accounting entries (accounts payable, accounts receivable, other bookkeeping transactions)
Prepare and analyze account reconciliations
Assist managers as needed
Prepare payroll checks
Prepare sales tax returns
Assist in preparation of business & individual income tax returns
Other duties as requested


Skills & Competencies:

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to demonstrate strong attention to details
Works well in a team setting
Self-motivated
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in QuickBooks
Some experience preparing tax returns
Strong communication skills
High level of professionalism & confidentiality


Qualifications:

2+ years experience in public accounting preferred
Accounting degree preferred
USA candidate Only.
