Part Time Project Manager

Requirements:

Note: You can work from home. All the services will be done virtually and through video calls.
Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in planning and managing projects

1) The project manager needs to do strategic planning to reach the organisation’s long and short term goals
2) The project manager needs to assure outcomes
3) The project manager is responsible for tracking what has to happen and by when 
4) Execute the master plan and make sure deliverables are on time with quality outcomes
5) Create a road map for the deliverables
6) Taking full ownership of outcomes and project management on both clients and business operations at team levels
7) Scheduling tasks for team
8) Establish clear deliverables and timelines
9) Proper communication with team to ensure deliverables
10) Should lead the team meetings
11) Align strategy with CEO and senior management
12) Fluent and excellent in English (verbal and written) with no or minimal accent
13) Stable and high-powered internet connection
14) Able to connect via Skype video calls in a quiet room without external noise
15) Very flexible in work timings because CEO travels through different time zones and you need to accommodate his time zones
16) Ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines
17) Highly organized, structured, meticulous, with high attention to detail
18) Very proactive
19) Able to work with project management software and make sure tasks are followed up until their completion
