Excellent opportunity for a full-time SEM manager to work at fast-paced and high growth agency. You will have the opportunity to manage client accounts ranging from $4K-$25K per month and more.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns.
Ad agency experience preferred
Able to work 40 hours a week during us est business hours time zone.
A self-starter that requires minimal supervision and proactive in getting work completed without constant direction.
Resourceful and persistent in problem-solving.
Analytical. Comfortable working with data. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization testing platforms and process.
Experience working with designers and developers.
Google AdWords Certified
Must be detail-oriented and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Social Media networks (Facebook, Linkedin)
Strong Excel Skills
Ability to work on multiple tasks and the ability to meet strict deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Fast learner
Must be a team player
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of in-house team 4 analysts to accomplish clients goals
Manage a portfolio of marketing campaigns from on-boarding to day-to-day maintenance.
Manage day-to-day Search Engine Marketing campaigns across different networks such as Google, Yahoo and Bing.
Managing all elements of paid search campaigns including campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization.
Assist in the development of search media plans (research and assist in submitting request for proposals to potential clients).
Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends/insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
Achieve targeted roi for sem campaigns on a monthly basis.
Support Account Managers on all SEM issues
Generate weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and/or quarterly performance reports for clients, and ability to recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies.
Collaborate with technical team on the implementation of codes onto URLs for effective tracking and return on investment measurement.
Manage and track spend across all SEM campaigns.
Keep up to date with industry trends, research industry-related media, and paid search best practices.
