• Sort incoming and interoffice mail and distribute to employees and departments.
• Track all packages arriving from FedEx and UPS and inspect packages for damage.
• Maintain an adequate supply of shipping materials, such as boxes, tape, and labels.
• Prepare packages for shipment, box and label packages, and ensure packages are picked up by Carriers at the time designated by the Carrier.
• Ensure all outgoing packages are sent in a timely manner.
Reception Duties:
• Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party
• Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
• Assist with scheduling meetings via Outlook
• Communicate with Associates and assist where applicable.
• Assign tasks within the Nuvolo work order system.
qualifications
hs diploma/ged
must demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Be detail-oriented. Able to stand and carry packages, time management skills and the ability to work independently.
In addition, must have the ability to prioritize when it comes to the delivery and shipping.
Computer skills – Excel, Word, Powerpoint and UPS shipping system.
Must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and have a professional phone manner. Previous experience with multiple phone lines or administrative background is a plus. Good organizational skills and a willingness to help others with other tasks as needed and/or assigned.
