A perfect applicant will be available for flexible hours, be a team leader, have a passion for online marketing and digital entrepreneurship, and most importantly, be a great representative of our brand! To be considered for this position, you must be a high-energy self-starter, have an extroverted personality, be a good motivator/coach, and enjoy sales, marketing, and building great culture in remote teams.
Important: If you are uncomfortable doing sales or calling complete strangers on the phone and asking them for feedback or upsell on better solutions, this is not the position or industry for you.

As the Operations Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure that we’re optimizing the amount of franchisees that are on boarded and continuing to develop the team to fully support them succeed.

Activities
Franchisee Sales — We use a proven system that helps our members overcome their own roadblocks to starting their own online business. When used correctly, this system doesn't feel like sales at all. Remember, you are hired to inspire.





B2B Digital Marketing — We love the creative "guerilla" type marketing! We do use digital marketing strategies, and we really prefer the creative stuff. A good understanding of SEO, basic development, paid advertising and social media is a plus.

Community Involvement — We love being a part of an international community—even if it means working on a Saturday. There are countless opportunities to get outside the your city and promote our business model. We actively participate in franchise fairs, digital marketing conferences and community-sponsored events.





Networking / Partnerships— We work with a network of startups, other agencies and online groups that try to encourage their users to building their own online recurring income online. Making contacts is the first step—then we try to find a solution that helps everyone.

Team Building — Leading a team and driving results through motivation and fun is a key component to ensure success in the position. Your core team consists of a social media analyst, an account manager, a SEO specialist, a designer, web developer, a Head of Franchise success and other part-time help.

Client Experience — The most important aspect of all! Does your customer service rock? Do your clients love you? Do they like the environment you create inside the community? Are they inspired to share their experience with friends, family, and coworkers? We pride ourselves on providing top-notch customer service and aim to make each client and franchisee experience exceptional! Do you have this effect on people?

Must-Have
BSc/BA in business, engineering, marketing or relevant field; MSc/MBA will be a plus.
