Online Self paced course to post it in an educational platform

I am working on the elaboration of an online self-paced course. I have all the resources, materials, curriculum design, etc., But I don't have the time or commitment to finish.
The course needs 12 pre-recorded lessons narrated by me, Google slides in each lesson, embedded YouTube videos, etc. Also in presentations I might include listening activities, grammar activities, games, music videos and practice work, etc. (This is a language learning course).
I am not sure if I should inquire for a virtual assistant for this type of work.
Some colleagues recommend me to record videos on Zoom, but I don't know tow much about this.
