Online course text editing

I need to edit text by native English - speaking person. So the text should be American.
It is a big online course.

The text to make a trial edition:

when the owner interrupts an employee and starts to talk over him about what this employee really does or should be doing.
When an employee reads from the org board or from his preparation list the functions and VFP of his post. It sounds very weird and actually doesn’t help other employees to understand what he is actually doing and why he is useful to them.

To not be confident when conducting the warm up. The owner doesn’t understand why he is doing it and it comes across as awkward. If so, it is better to not to do it at all.
Do and say only those things you personally understand, what you have grasped.
Having the meeting take too long by getting distracted from the plan and not tracking the time.
