Ongoing Project Manager for Web Design/Development Agency

We are looking for a Russian native + Fluent/Native English project manager for our web design/development/branding clients and also be an internal link in our business between Sales, Art Director, Marketing, Designers and Developers. Both Russian and English languages are extremely important because internal communication would be in Russian (and English occasionally) and external, client-facing communication would be with English-speaking clients based primarily in North America, and occasionally in Europe/Middle East.

We need someone to manage all the stages in our project from start to finish, essentially:

- Discovery, sitemap, wireframe, branding, content, concept design, development, QA, launch, and post-project check-ins

Usually, this process takes between 2-5 months, some up to a year.

You will also be required to be on hand to support in the pre-project + proposal creation stage, interfacing between Art Director and Head of Sales to agree upon the SOW of a project and determining the pricing for a specific project.

We're looking for someone that has genuine attention to detail and a friendly, personable approach in written and verbal communication is extremely important. We have to ensure our clients receive the best service and their desired result when working with us. Milestones, feedback and explanations must be delivered clearly and honestly, ensuring clients understand the process and have their expectations managed accordingly.

We work primarily with Clickup and Jira for PM. Email, Slack, and Telegram for project communication. Pipedrive for CRM and Pitch for proposals. Figma for design stage. We develop most of our sites on WordPress, Webflow, Shopify and other CMS.

As Project Manager, you will be required to work on projects for our customers.

- Working with requirements: collection, clarification of requirements. Writing project documentation.
- Project lifecycle management: planning, quality tracking, metrics control;
- Project management in Jira, ClickUp and Trello;
- Be a liaison between the Europe (Minsk) team and the client's team (North America);
- Communicating with customers and development teams on project management issues;
- Participate in presale with Sales dept providing pricing and proposal details.

Requirements:
- Fluent English, competent written and verbal communication;
- Exceptional communication skills, excellent negotiation skills;
- Jira, Trello, Github, Confluence;
- Knowledge of agile and inflexible development methodologies;
- Experience in a Project Manager role of 3+ years or more;
- Experience with requirements, experience writing documentation;
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Knowledge of Web/Mobile UX and knowledge of testing fundamentals will be a plus
