System Administrator and Subject Matter Expert for Email Services (Exchange Online) and Office Applications (Office 365)
Develop and document best practices for supporting the Office 365 application and assist with developing appropriate support model
Proficient in MS Exchange and two or more O365 technologies
Extensive knowledge configuring inbound/outbound Mail flow topologies and SMTP relay
Knowledge to develop and execute complex deployment scenarios
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows PowerShell and
Exchange PowerShell
PowerShell scripting experience
In depth o365 configuration and administration for OneDrive/SharePoint
Experience in Office 365 Exchange Online administration/configuration/troubleshooting (domains, policies, transport rules, etc.) knowledge/understanding and management of mail flow
Experiences working with Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and Azure
Experiences in Mail flow configuration and troubleshooting
Experiences in Email threat management and removal Configuration
Experiences in Outlook configuration using POP, IMAP or Autodiscover service
Contributes training to new joiner
Analysis call quality of Engineer
Leading a team members of 20 hitting KPI
Knowledge Sharing and Knowledge transfer to team members
Create effective Performance Improvement Plans
Soft skills and Mandarin training for team members
