Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and talented Next.js and TailwindCSS expert to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks and styling tools, with a proven track record of creating performant, responsive, and visually appealing web applications.

Responsibilities:

Build dynamic, responsive, and high-performance web applications using Next.js and TailwindCSS.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
Collaborate with design and product teams to implement ui/ux components and features.
Integrate APIs and third-party services into the application.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure mobile-first design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Maintain a high level of quality assurance and conduct thorough testing.
Continuously improve the development process and architecture.
Requirements:

Proven experience with Next.js, TailwindCSS, and modern front-end development tools.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and familiarity with React.
Experience in TailwindCSS for building responsive and scalable UIs.
Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or React Context.
Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
Understanding of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, etc.).
Experience with version control (Git) and collaboration tools.
Good understanding of SEO and accessibility principles.
