Scope of the work:-
Identification of Network/Server rooms (mdf and idf) across the site.
WAN links demarc room/meet me/Telco room location for termination of WAN circuits.
Distance between the WAN links demarc room/meet me/Telco room to the main server room
Identify the network and server racks in all the Network/Server rooms
Capture the rack locations with room number, row number and rack name
Identify the free space in the rack along the free PDU sockets and its type (country standard/E/F/D type,c13,c19 etc.) And cooling.
Passive cabling layout (Fiber/copper) at the site.
Type of fiber cables - (sm/mm) including the fiber panel and the socket type (lc/sc/st etc.)
Capture the Fiber/copper patch panel details like name, free ports.
Capture the information of each device hosted in the network rack that includes model, serial number, free ports, power details)
Distance between the fiber panels termination rack and the device hosted network rack.
The Devices includes (routers, switches, firewalls, WAN optimizers, WLCs, APs)
Capture the server and end host details at the site.
Capture details of any LAB/restricted/isolated networks at site.
Endpoints details - Laptops, desktops, printers, AV devices, VOIP, CCTV & security devices, access control, RE BMS devices
