Need Help To Finish University Project (Tutor)

It's a gaming-related site, its supposed to be to share posts , news and event information about games and stuff...Its a team project but my part is to add functionalities to the profile and admin pages; everything is already connected to a data base but for example, i need to make the profile picture be updatable for the user,  as well as the biography, and save this file and information  inside the data base; as well, i need for the admin page the same functionalities for the normal user PLUS other funtion in which they are able to delete "flagged" posts, etc...

The styling part, like html and css is already done :d i just need help to make everything work...
