Need Authenticated email(Authorised Ip) for Bulk Email Sending

Hi, I have an Email chef( EDM chef) bulk email sender software. This software requires me tu Input my email address which will be shown to the receiver as senders address. I have used my address from yahoo and gmail respectively but when I send emails, I get the following reports:

When Gmail was used as sender: FAILED; You are using an unauthorised IP
When yahoo was used as sender: FAILED: Your email is not authenticated.


I need an expert in Bulk email sender Configurations/settings to help me solve this problem.
I probably need an email address from a domain which is authenticated.
