I have an ISP that I believe is slowing down my traffic.  Specifically, I keep getting DNS Resolving issues in my browser for websites that used to load in a second and now take minutes or time out.  I need someone to diagnose the problem using a remote control app and then create a report that states what the real problem is.

The ISP says it is my equipment (computer).  I don't believe this.  They advertise 200 Mbps, and I am waiting on pages that used to load immediately, now taking minutes.

You can see the time each resource uses on a web site using Chrome's developer tool.
