I have a current plugin that is a WooCommerce Payment Gateway, I need some changes to the plugin

Here is a list of the following changes:

    Plugin Own Settings Page
    Add Icon and text for the plugin to the wordpress menu
    Add action to enebale or disable the payment gateway from inside the settings
    Add style to the custom pages.
    Auto detect woocommerce currency
    Show a message if the plugin is not configured.
    Style the loading page when a order is placed on woocommerce
    Add a custom order status to incoming orders.
    Keep cart when payment is cancelled.
