Background:
Our team in the Spanish ASR project is the goalkeeper of the overall quality of the data set.
During the training & preparation phase of the project, our team is responsible for collecting the requests from the client and developing a profound version of annotation guidelines. We will also help the other teams with the training and prepare for production within the expected time range.
During the production stage of the project, our team will work in a task queue to inspect the data submitted by the other teams. Also, we are responsible for solving the cross-team misalignments.

Responsibilities:
1. Use the expertise to provide the PM team with suggestions in terms of language challenges
2. Draft and maintain glossary, term list, or some other policy-related documents
3. Help analyze quality issues and assist PM to resolve those issues
4. Calibration with the internal team or client's side to align on policy understandings
5. Help the labeling team correct their mistakes and improve accuracy

Requirements:
1. Native speakers of general Spanish
2. Good command of English (minimum B2 English level)
3. Educational background in linguistics or experience in language teaching is a major plus
4. Management and/or QA experience in the data annotation industry will be preferred
5. Attention to detail, and the ability to help others to improve
6. An up-to-date PC or Mac and a stable Internet connection
7. Available 40 hours per week during a fixed schedule (i.e. 9 am - 6 pm local time with one-hour lunch break)
