About the Company
We are a small management consulting firm based in Germany that helps businesses optimize their operations. We are currently working with a client to document their processes in Excel. The client has now also requested that we track the workload for each role.
Project Overview
We are seeking an Excel expert to help us with the following tasks:
Conceptualize and redesign 57 Excel spreadsheets to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Develop new formulas and queries to track workload by role.
Format the spreadsheets for manager-friendly viewing.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, functions, and macros.
Experience in designing and developing complex Excel spreadsheets.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Availability to work this week and complete a preliminary deliverable by Friday, May 31, 2024.
Additional Requirements
A signed Confidentiality Disclosure Agreement (CDA) is required before starting the project.
