About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Motion Graphics Designer & Editor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the creative force behind bringing our client's visions to life through engaging and informative video content. You are a master of visual storytelling with a keen eye for detail and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.

About Sway 1:
Sway 1 is a new category of a video production company specializing in creating high-impact content for B2B companies in the UK and United States. We pride ourselves on our strategic approach to video, going beyond the standard “shoot and edit” to deliver tailored content that aligns with our client's marketing goals and resonates across various platforms.

Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for a variety of video styles, including:
Educational explainers
Product launch videos
Company culture videos
Product demos
Tutorials
LinkedIn-optimized content
Edit video footage, incorporating motion graphics seamlessly into the final product.
Work closely with the team to understand project briefs and client needs.
Ensure visual consistency across all deliverables, adhering to brand guidelines.
Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the production process.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and software developments.

Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work (please provide a link to your portfolio when applying).
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
A deep understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Experience creating various video styles, including those inspired by companies like Google, Apple, and media outlets like The Wall Street Journal.
Strong storytelling abilities and the ability to translate complex information into digestible visuals.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Bonus Points:
Experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D animation software.
Familiarity with B2B marketing and video content strategies.

Salary range:
Very competitive. Exact amount is to be decided after the interview.
There is no set amount of videos to produce per week as it varies based on the video types.
