The github project https://github.com/Phoenard/Phoenboot has already 99% of the job done, they use a digital pin to upload a .HEX file stored in the sd card, we need that this bootloader reads a analog port of the arduino and decides which .hex file uploads, transforming the boards functions acording to the voltage that this analogue pins reads.
