Modification to architectural plans and site plan

I need architectural plans modified to include a different type of basement for the structure and additional items added and the plans provided in the necessary size for submission to the building department. Plans are currently in Auto Cad. Additionally need a site plan drafted of the building site which will include contour lines of 10 feet. Property is 40 acres so a overall site plan and zoomed site plan with provided items and distances is needed.  .I have included site plan requirements and example.
I have an RTE file of the architecture plans.
