Modification of Logo and Animation

I already have Logo in .cdr format . It has a Symbol of Lion Face and our brand name. All colors and Font is Fixed.

Only modifications is required in the Lion Face vector. It must be blue in color and wearing glasses of the shape. The modifications required for the Lion Face in such a way that even for a very small size on mobile screen , it should look better.
3D effect to Lion Face Symbol will be better.
And then need to do Animation for less than 30 to 50 seconds for this Logo and punch line.
I need native format along with ready to use in social media versions.

Project overview

Font and colors needs to be the same. Lion Face Location can be changed to the Top center or on Left. Colors same. Needs to keep Spectacle on the Lion face. Just the hair arrangement need to make better and ideally bring the 3D effect to this face. Once the Lion Face symbol is finalized then work on Animation of this Logo and one punch line that will be shared later.
