I want to have a python model to predict stock or index e.g. Dow jones index.
The model should grab the data itself.
The proposal should include the techniques used.

The deliverable should be the python source code with comments and prerequisite to run it.
Please also state the source of the data, time require to train up the model,  response time after the model is trained, the acceptance criteria i.e. The accuracy.
