We are looking for app developers to assist in the creation of a procurement game app with a budget of SGD 5,000. The primary purpose of the app is to educate players so that they have a better understanding of procurement guidelines in a fun manner.

Interested parties are to propose their gameplay ideas/mechanics with the following requirements:

Minimal Parameters/Requirements
-              Functional/working game to be played according to internal procurement principles/guides
-              Proof of concept/prototype & coding
-              Network connectivity
-              Downloadable from both Google Play and AppStore (or other proposed methods)
-              Able to scale up in future
-              Accessible to source codes and administrator rights

Optional
-              Game is interactive and requires real-time collaboration between players
