Mobile APP Development - Checkin/notify users

app mission:
this app must work together with the website.
I want the app to run on iOS and Android.

Photographers do the checkin in the spot where they're taking pictures
System *identifies users nearby* and notifies then by push notification
Users also get notification when the photos from that session are uploaded to the website


app flow:
1. User opens the app and register as user or photographer
2. User Photographer opens the app and checks in for a photo session.
It needs to select the spot (this information cames from the server)
3. The APP identifies users nearby (5km radius) and notifies then about the photo session
4. Users can check in the surf session

We notify the user when the photos are uploaded to the website


SCREENS:
screen 1: sign in/sign up/login with facebook
screen 2, checkin: photo check in for photographers or surf session checkin for users. Need to select the spot
    this action trigger 1 alert: push notification to the users nearby
screen 3, view alert: show spot, photographer, datetime and notes from the photo check in
screen 4: alert list: alert history list
screen 5, view user: show user information, profile photo, if surfer/photographer, spots they go to,followers they have, follow button, send message button
screen 6, following list: list of the users u're following
