Mobile App compatible with Ios & Android

To create a platform for college students through an app that facilitates the selling & buying of college textbooks. It is somewhat simple, to either buy or sell, everyone’s needs to create an account. This process should be quick and simple.
As it will only require Full name, Email, zip code & perhaps the college/university they attend. Once they’re logged in with an account they will have access to offers from various students around the area trying to get rid off their textbooks. Everything will be in order, first when someone opens the app, they will see 2 options, buy or sell.
If I want to buy, I click on the BUY option & at this point since I have already set up my account the app will be already set up with the college/university I attend which will automatically take me to the offers from students in the same school, considering the fact that not all school/classes/professor require the textbooks. Once I click on the BUY option it will take me to all the different subjects such as; Biology, Law, Health etc. For example, if I click the health option, it will show all the textbooks for sale.
If I’m interested in buying one of the books, i click and contact the seller through a message system within the app. All deals & final sales have to be through the app. So the app will require a payment option & also a bid option to allow people to place bids.
For the selling option, student who are looking to sell with click on the sell option, which will take them to a window where they can take a picture of the book and write more specifications about the books such as; price, condition, description etc. This is basically the basic concept of the app itself.
I have at least another 2 app developing projects, and I’m looking forward to start doing business with the right person.
