We currently have a system that sends recurring charges through 2 payment procesors taking information from Airtable , processing the payments and then loging the response. We also have a field agent interface for initial client registration and initiation billing. We want to migrate this to a more scalable platform. We will start with an extremely limited version  and then keep on growing the system.
