As the Marketing Operations Manager (a fully remote position), you will help translate our vision of customer success messaging into actionable strategies, and ensure their execution in a scalable and efficient manner.
NOTE: This is a remote, contractor position (no health or retirement benefits) with opportunities for growth. We are specifically looking for candidates who are based outside of the United States.
The candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing a comprehensive platform akin to a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This platform will facilitate customer onboarding, customer health scoring, and email communications.
Prior experience in informational technology and marketing automation platforms is a must. The ideal candidate should «get things» quickly, and stay ahead of the curve by anticipating, rather than reacting to, challenges and opportunities. We are looking for someone who is proactive, a strategic thinker and a «go-getter», technically-savvy, and has excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of a customer management platform to support onboarding, health scoring, and communications
- Create automated workflows and communications to guide customers through the onboarding journey
- Work closely with the Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to develop and execute email marketing campaigns that engage and retain customers
- Design and implement a customer health scoring system to monitor and assess engagement and satisfaction
- Track performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve engagement
- Provide training and support to internal teams on the use of the customer management platform
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in information technology, marketing or a related field; certifications in CRM or marketing automation platforms are a plus
- 3+ years of full-time work experience in the technology or SaaS industry
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, CRM management, or a related role with proven metrics of success
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Time Commitments:
- Ability to work EST hours (9 a.m. — 6 p.m. ET)
