Make a list with Instagram and Youtube influencers

Hi. We're looking for a young, energetic Peruvian who has the ability to easily connect with local Instagram and YouTube Influencers.

Your task:
Generate a list (table) of 150 Influencers who match our requirements.

Requirements for Instagram Influencers:
1. ER (engagement rate, user engagement rating of the influencer's content): 1.5%+;
2. Influencer's follower count: 100,000+;
3. The last post was published not more than 1 month ago.

Requirements for Influencers from YouTube:
1. Average number of views of the video: 100,000+;
2. Last video published no later than 1 month ago.

What else to consider when choosing Influencers:
1. Influencers are needed to promote a betting project;
2. The ideal audience of Influencers for us:
2.1 Male gender: 60%+;
2.2 Age of audience: 25+;
2.3 Country of residence: Peru

Columns that should be in the table:
1. Source: Instagram or YouTube;
2. Influencer link;
3. Average reach (YouTube) / number of followers (Instagram);
4. Influencer contact (phone number with messenger or email);
